“My journey has truly been one of discovery. Coach Kay helped me unlearn the myths I was taught about food. Now, I eat to fuel my body.
As a mom of two busy boys and working shifts, she tailored a plan- so my whole family could enjoy meals together without cooking separately.
I also used to obsess over the scale, but her gentle and holistic approach taught me to measure my progress in my strengths, my energy, my mindset, and even how my clothes fit over that of weight on the scale.
I was never a gym fanatic, but every exercise was tailored to my ability plus growing more challenging each week.

My routine has been somewhat consistent. I work in hospitality. Sometimes I'm up at work 5:45- other times at 9:00.
My current weight right now is crazy - I feel really good and my confidence is coming back - I'm so proud of myself.
It's more about how I feel after eating and moving my body over what I look like- my body changing is honestly just the bonus.
I will also most definitely be continuing with you.
It’s nice to have a plan and structure that I can just fall back on.
